East Village is San Diego’s largest urban neighborhood encompassing 130 blocks. East Village burst into life in the past few years. It is the largest district downtown, located east of the Gaslamp Quarter and southeast of the Core district and Cortez Hill. Board meetings are first Thursday of each month at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law, 1155 Island Ave. SD 92101
